Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra graced the Koffee with Karan Couch on the fifth episode of the eighth season. In the chat show, Karan Johar remembered the trio (Varun, Alia, and Sidharth) and the catchy episode during their debut film, Student of the Year.

In a candid conversation, the filmmaker host showed an adorable video message from their debut film costar Alia Bhatt. The National Award-winning actress exclaimed her overwhelming joy to give the byte and a chance to relieve the FOMO.

Applauding actor Sidharth Malhotra for his singing actress the actress revealed three lesser-known facts about him. “Number 1, he is actually a really good singer. Second, he is one of the best persons to get a party started.” Bhatt credited Malhotra’s party aura to his “Punjabi” roots. I don’t know if it’s his Punjabi-ness that comes to light when he’s at a party,” she quipped. The third fact is a hilarious one. Alia Bhatt spilled the beans about Sidharth’s party habit. “He would be the first person to fall asleep on his own birthday party.”

When asked how are the two actors a 10 and what makes them a 10. “Varun is a 10 but he also behaves like a 10-year-old.” She also dubbed Dhawan the funniest person and commended his sense of humor. “Varun doesn’t know that he is the funniest. He is so unaware of his sense of humor”.

She later talks about Sidharth. “Sid is a 10 but he could be a 20 if he just sings more often and more openly.” The conversation turns sweeter when Alia thanks Sid for giving her the love of her life in the form of Edward (Alia Bhatt’s white Persian cat).
