Koffee With Karan S8: Netizen apologises to Ranbir Kapoor, others say Karan Johar & Alia Bhatt whitewashed the actor's image

Koffee With Karan Season 8 has been garnering great attention from fans with its new episode every week. This Thursday, it was Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor Khan on the couch. They both spread their charm and sass on the show and won hearts. On the other hand, the Gangubai Khatiwadi actor also clarified that everybody thinks Ranbir Kapoor is 'toxic' while he is just the opposite of that. A fan tweeted in favour of the Animal actor, while a few seemed to believe that Alia and Karan deliberately tried to whitewash his image.

After the premiere of the latest episode, a fan took to Twitter and apologised to Ranbir and mentioned, "We all owe a sincere apology to #RanbirKapoor for calling #AliaBhatt so loud, that man wasn’t lying; also wanted to hear more from #Bebo tho #Koffeewithkaran (sic)."

Talking about all the online trolls and personal attacks, Alia clarifies on KJo's show that she likes to mimic the people she is talking about and add her personal anecdotes to the conversation. Lately, this has resulted in a lot of misconception and her words and sentences have been taken out of the context by people. "Everyone thinks that Ranbir is a toxic man, while he is quite opposite to that," adds Alia, while Karan backs her and says he has seen him grow and evolve over the years.
