And the suspense is finally over! The next guests on Karan Johar’s electrifying talk show, Koffee With Karan, are none other than Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol. In the promo of Koffee With Karan Season 8 Episode 2, the dynamic Bollywood sibling duo are seen speaking about their film careers, as well as sharing intriguing anecdotes about their father, legendary actor Dharmendra. The Deol brothers also comment on Dharmendra’s much talked-about ‘kiss with Shabana Azmi’ in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.

The Deol brothers grace the ‘Koffee couch’

Karan, the host of Koffee With Karan - took to his Instagram to share the exciting promo of the second episode of Koffee with Karan Season 8, featuring Sunny and Bobby. While Sunny wore a beige suit, styled with a white tshirt and black shades, Bobby added a splash of colour in a multicoloured shirt and black pants.

The promo begins with Karan introducing the Deol brothers and giving the duo a standing ovation, in recognition of their contribution to cinema. Karan then delves into Sunny’s infamous ‘Gadar’s organic collection’ statement. Continuing his all-black theme, Karan wore a shimmery black jacket and black pants in the promo.

Addressing the romantic kiss between Dharmendra and Shabana Azmi in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, Bobby said that he loved the film, and that the family often jokes that their father kissed on screen and everyone considers it to be cute. When Karan cheekily questioned about the family’s reaction to the kiss, Sunny said, “Dad can do whatever he likes and he gets away with it.”

Karan had earlier dropped hints on his social media handle about the identity of his next guests on Koffee With Karan Season 8. The filmmaker had hinted in an Instagram live session that the next pair will be a popular sibling duo, sparking debates on who that might be. The latest season premiered on Disney+ Hotstar on October 26.

Sunny and Bobby’s upcoming projects

On the work front, Sunny recently made headlines with Gadar 2, also starring Ameesha Patel. The film made more than ₹500 crores at the box office. Bobby, on the other hand, will be seen alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna in the highly anticipated film Animal.
