Only one Malayalam movie will be released digitally in the following week. Two films are slated to be launched in theatres in the interim. There won't be any highly anticipated ones debuting this week. You shouldn't miss these flicks from June 30 to July 6, 2025.

Last year saw the release of this highly regarded movie, which starred Jaffar Idukki and Indrans in the key parts. The film, which was directed by Rasheed Parakkal, centres on an aspect of Japanese spirituality. The main character of this fantasy drama is a farmer named Kuttan who lives in Thingalur. Shinigami are deities that symbolise death in many facets of Japanese religious belief, and Indrans portrays a character who received training in Japan and holds a PhD in the field.

An overview of the life of Rajesh Madhavan's character Eldhose, fondly known as Dheeran, is given in the comedy drama's trailer. It also shows the chaos caused by his eccentric uncles, Ashokan, Sudheesh, Jagadish and Abhiram Radhakrishnan, when they get together. It also shows them fighting a Tamil thug. Overall, the trailer gives the impression that the film will be a hilarious and exciting experience for those who watch it in theatres. This movie has been directed by Devadath Shaji, who is known for penning the screenplay for Mammootty-starrer Bheeshma Parvam.

Abheendran is compelled to escape to a distant island reachable only by ferry (jankar) due to a crisis in his hometown. When a young woman named Nakshatra shows up on the island, his life takes a drastic turn and he has to tie the knot with her. Abheendran's attempts to flee the island and save Nakshatra while navigating new difficulties forms the crux of the movie. The main characters are Shwetha Menon, Appani Sarath, and Shabareesh Varma.
