Dhadakpur is the Belgium of Bihar—clean, green, and magnificent. This year, the town will also honour its silver jubilee for crime-free living! The locals will receive clean water, a trophy, and most importantly, pride. Roshni, the most beautiful girl in the village, will also get married to Kuber and leave the Jha family eight days from now. His older brother Durlabh was supposed to be married, but the instant she found out his younger brother works in Mumbai, she hardly even considered changing the groom. Like her friends, Roshni yearned for a sophisticated city life. Her brother Bhugol also dreams of travelling to Mumbai and rising to be a Bollywood star. Roshni's father, Banwari, is a temporary primary school teacher; the father of the to-be-groom works in the education department. This marriage fulfilled his dream of securing a lifetime job. Simply said, this one wedding determines everyone's aspirations. But it was time to realise the dream of the to-be groom before their own could come true. As a "wedding gift," he prefers a two-wheeler. Not any two-wheeler, though, save exactly that. It's a stunning, expensive red motorcycle! The purchase also included a year's worth of petrol. Although no one in Dhadakpur had paid such a beautiful dowry before, the Jha family is adamant. The bike shows up in the day and calamity strikes late at night. Someone stole it. How? When? Who? There were simply questions without solutions. Dhadakpur is indeed crime-free! Amavas, Roshni's ex-boyfriend, was at the top of the suspect list. Years ago, his constant theft led to his expulsion from Dhadakpur. The village head for Dhadakpur is Pushpalata Yadav. They expected to banish Amavas from the village, but he became their only hope today. He could locate a second-hand bike. Next assigned to pick up the bike are Bhugol and Amavas. Bhugol and Amavas are childhood friends who were once fierce rivals. The main focus of the season is how the two boys preserve the pride of the hamlet and guarantee the wedding goes as expected.
A benign arrangement quickly turns into something neither of them can see approaching. Two people from different worlds who believe they have everything under control—Pia Jai Singh (Khushi Kapoor) and Arjun Mehta (Ibrahim Ali Khan)—until emotions catch up in a tornado of passion. The movie revolves around Pia, a South Delhi diva determined to pen her perfect love story, and Arjun, a middle-class overachiever who aspires to be the captain of the debate team. When Pia ties Arjun into a transactional relationship—posing as her lover to create the ideal romantic front—their worlds meet. The plan is to leave everyone in a state of uncertainty and without any commitments. However, as genuine feelings begin to surface, misunderstandings arise, leading the couple to question the feasibility of planning love.
Set against the Jallianwala Bagh slaughter, The Waking of a Nation, Taaruk Raina's lawyer, Kantilal Sahni, gets thrown into a web of colonial dishonesty. Kantilal battles bigotry, erasure, and the search for truth as the Hunter commission twists history to suit the governing empire. Bound by an unquestionable childhood relationship, Kantilal and his buddies (Sahil Mehta as Ali Allahbaksh, Bhawsheel Singh as Hari Singh Aulakh and Nikita Dutta as Poonam, Hari's wife) untangle a scheme that transforms their fate despite conflicting ideals. Will they uncover the hidden truths or succumb to the illusion of justice in our society?
