The excitement surrounding Leo will witness a new high after the makers unveil its trailer in a few hours. They released posters featuring Vijay, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun and Trisha recently, leaving fans excited. With less than two weeks away from the movie's release, film buffs can't contain the excitement.     

The project is expected to create various box office records for Tamil cinema on day 1 in several territories across the world. Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj coming together for the second time after the huge success of Vikram is the prime attraction behind the action drama.     

40,000 tickets of Leo are sold in THIS location

The movie's advance booking commenced in a few places like the UK, US, Canada and GCC recently. Ahimsa Entertainment, the distributor of Leo in the UK, has been coming up with many surprises to keep the momentum going. 

They have now announced that 40,000 tickets have been sold already in the country. This is a record for any Indian movie so far and cinephiles are keeping their fingers crossed. They are eager to know if the numbers would surpass 50,000 before its release.

Censor certificate doing the rounds

The film was censored U/A and the makers informed the same yesterday. Lokesh added Leo to his Twitter bio after the censor formalities were done. A screenshot featuring the muted words and other censored details of the movie is now doing the rounds on social media.       

However, netizens are divided over its credibility and the team is yet to make a comment on it. The movie is expected to have lots of gory scenes in Lokesh's style and fans are curious to know how Vijay has been presented in the gangster drama.
