Leo: Lokesh Kanagaraj comes up with a surprise on his birthday, releases a picture with Thalapathy Vijay

It's Lokesh Kanagaraj's birthday today and fans have been wishing the filmmaker on social media by posting various edits, videos from his films and interviews. Most of the cinephiles have been eagerly waiting for an update from Leo, which the director is helming currently.

It was Sanjay Dutt who made fans happy in the morning after he posted a picture with the filmmaker from the set in Kashmir. The Bollywood actor was all praise for him and wished him more success in life. A few stills from the birthday celebration started doing the rounds among which the director's picture with Trisha went viral in no time.  

After a while, he took to his Twitter page to thank his ardent fans and posted, "Thank You wouldn’t be suffice, still a billion Thanx for all the hearty wishes and all the Mashups, Video edits, Fan pages. It makes me more responsible and I would put my heart and soul in entertaining people. Thank you all, Lots of Love (sic)."

His admirers requested him to reveal a surprise on the special day and the filmmaker obliged in no time. He released a photo which has him having indulged in a conversation with Vijay.

Needless to say, the picture which has Lokesh thanking the star in the caption is being shared by fans on various social media platforms. The team is likely to be wrapping up the ongoing Kashmir schedule by this month's end. The crew members will be commencing the Chennai schedule from April and are expected to complete the movie by June.

Leo, starring a bevy of actors, will be hitting the screens on October 19 in four languages. Billed as a pan Indian project, it is currently the most-awaited Tamil movie.
