The trailer of Lokesh Kanagaraj's Leo opened to mixed responses though a few aspects garnered appreciation from movie buffs. Vijay's presence, the suspense element associated with dual roles, the characters of Trisha, Arjun and Sanjay Dutt have left cinephiles intrigued.'

The promo has surpassed 30M views on YouTube and is showing no signs of slowing down. Fans are eager to know if the trailer will end up as the one with the highest views in 24 hours.      

Pre-release event of Leo to be held in THIS country?

The cancellation of the project's audio launch left Vijay's fans disappointed a few days ago. Though the makers came up with a reason for the same, many couldn't digest it. There were unconfirmed reports that an event would be held later to pacify fans and to entertain them.

According to a few sources, some of the cast and crew members of the film might attend a pre-release event that is expected to happen in Dubai after a few days. However, Vijay's participation in the event seems to be doubtful, going by the latest reports. An official announcement is awaited soon.                        

Theatre damage in Chennai raises concern over early morning shows

It was announced earlier this year that early morning shows would not happen in Tamil Nadu after an excited fan lost his life while indulging in celebrations. The producers' association requested the state to grant permission for the same, and a reply is awaited.
