The shoot for the Chennai schedule of the film is all set to resume next week
The shoot for Thalapathy Vijay and Trisha's upcoming action entertainer is underway. The Chennai schedule is all set to begin next week and is likely to go on for a month. In the meantime, fans of Thalapathy Vijay have penned an open letter to the film's director Lokesh Kanagaraj.
In the letter, fans of the actor have requested Vijay to attend a pre-release event of the film in Kerala. Excerpts from the letter read, "We understand that Vijay sir is an extremely busy artist, but we believe that his presence at the pre-release event would make it a memorable experience for his fans in Kerala. As you already know, Vijay sir has a massive fan following in Kerala and his fans are eagerly waiting to see him in person."
The letter added, " We request you to kindly consider our request and arrange for a pre-release event in Kerala. We assure you that it will be a grand success and a great opportunity for fans to witness the magic of Thalapathy Vijay on stage." Meanwhile fans of Vijay are rooting for a promotional tour for the film, just like the Ponniyin Selvan 2 team did for Mani Ratnam's magnum opus.
Leo has an ensemble cast which comprises the comeback of the lead pair Trisha and Vijay after a span of 14 years. The rest of the cast includes Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Gautham Menon, Mysskin, Joju George, Babu Antony, Priya Anand, Mansoor Ali Khan, Sandy Master, Mathew Thomas to name a few. Leo marks Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt's debut in the Tamil film industry.
Music for the film is by Anirudh Ravichander, cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa, editing by Philomin Raj. Dialogues for the film are penned by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Deeraj Vaidy and Rathna Kumar. Leo is bankrolled by Seven Screen Studio and Jagadish Palanisamy.
