The highly anticipated epic Western, drama Killers of the Flower Moon directed by Martin Scorsese is preparing for its theatrical release. In an interview with British Vogue, the film's lead actor, Leonardo DiCaprio, shared that the initial script underwent revisions because it failed to capture the essence of the real story. According to the Wolf of Wall Street star, the original script didn't fully engage them. DiCaprio also mentioned a particular scene involving his character Ernest and Mollie ( Lily Gladstone) where the emotions of the characters felt strange and distorted in the initial script. DiCaprio also said that Scorsese instantly knew that Lily could portray Mollie as he saw a truthfulness in her eyes.

Gladstone revealed to the Interview magazine that the original script for the movie focused on the FBI rather than Ernest and Mollie. She explained that before the rewrite, her character had some lengthy dialogues that were shortened in the revised version.
