Little Hearts OTT release date: When, where to watch Mouli and Shivani Nagaram’s Telugu rom-com film

The Telugu film, Little Hearts, starring Mouli Tanuj Prasanth and Shivani Nagaram, is set to make its OTT debut after winning much love during its theatrical run. Sai Marthand has directed this film, which is set to premiere on ETV Win (also on OTTplay Premium) in October 2025

Now, ETV Win has confirmed that the Telugu rom-com film will make its OTT premiere on October 1, 2025. What is the story of Little Hearts

Little Hearts revolves around two youngsters, who have not been able to make much of a mark in their academic pursuits. Nalli Akhil Kumar joins a coaching centre after he fails to crack an entrance exam. But he finds the love of his life - Khatyayini at this very centre. How the young couple fall in love, and face the subsequent challenges are portrayed in the film, which is written and helmed by Sai Marthand.

Who are the actors in Little Hearts

Mouli Tanuj Prasanth, who previously appeared in the popular Telugu series 90's A Middle Class Biopic, stars in the lead role. Shivani Nagaram of Ambajipeta Marriage Band fame plays his love interest. Rajeev Kanakala plays Akhil's father, and Anitha Chowdary as his mother. SS Kanchi and Satya Krishnan appear as Khatyayini's parents.

Little Hearts released in theatres along with the Telugu film Ghaati, starring Anushka Shetty, and Sivakarthikeyan's Tamil thriller Madharaasi, which also released in Telugu. Despite the hype and featuring big names, these two films failed to make much of an impact and Little Hearts stood to benefit from their poor showing. The youngsters’ romantic story is expected to win more love upon its OTT debut.
