A satisfying victory for Bangladesh as they concluded their campaign on a positive note.

India, on the other hand, who had rested their key players and wanted to chase under the evening lights, achieved what they wanted, irrespective of the outcome.

Debutant Tanzim Hasan Sakib made an impact early on. He claimed the crucial wicket of Rohit. 

Shubman Gill, however, held his ground and went on to reach his 100. However post his dismissal, and despite Axar's effort at the end, India fell short.

The batsman digs out a yorker to deep backward square leg and takes a run. 

Shami struggles to turn around quickly. 

A precise throw reaches Litton Das on top of the stumps, and Shami is comfortably run out.

He strides down the track, approaches the delivery's pitch, and executes a mighty heave. 

With his bat held high, he acknowledges the appreciative applause from the spectators. 

It has undeniably been an impressive innings by the young talent.

Rahul attempts an expansive shot that costs him his wicket!

The bowler delivers a tossed-up ball, curving in from around the off-stump. 

Rahul advances down the track but doesn't quite reach the pitch of the ball and whips a shot but makes contact with the toe-end of the bat. 

Shamim, stationed at short mid-wicket, reacts swiftly, moving to his right, and completes a sharp catch.

A delivery of good length, pitched around the off-stump, grips the surface a touch. 

Rohit Sharma initiates his drive a tad early and ends up chipping it directly to the fielder at cover-point. 

Anamul takes a clean catch. It's the ideal beginning for Bangladesh.

Despite three early wickets, Bangladesh posted a decent score.

Their middle order and a good contribution from the tail as well put on 265 on the board.

After India opted to bowl, their pace bowlers were right on the money. Shami and Thakur got the ball to move around nicely as Bangladesh were restricted to 59/4.

Shakib played a crucial role in rescuing their team from a difficult situation. He found reliable support in Hridoy. 

Shakib was approaching a century, but Thakur managed to dismiss him. 

But valuable contributions from Nasum Ahmed and Mahedi Hasan in the lower order propelled Bangladesh's total beyond 250.

Shardul Thakur took three while Mohammed Shami has 2 wickets to his name. Prasidh Krishna, Axar Patel and Ravindra Jadeja all took 1 each.

It's a well-disguised slower ball outside off and Nasum Ahmed attempts a drive.

But he only succeeds in bottom-edging it, and the ball goes on to disturb the stumps, flicking the bails off. 

Prasidh is rewarded with a wicket. This concludes a promising cameo from Nasum.

A short delivery outside off, staying low and Towhid Hridoy attempts a pull shot but can only muster a top-edge. 

Tilak Varma, stationed in the deep, takes the catch with complete assurance.

Towhid Hridoy waits back in his stance, utilizing the pace of the delivery. 

He guides the cut shot past the left side of the backward point, and it races away to the boundary. 

This shot also brings up his fifty.

Shamim finds himself trapped in front, but he decides to challenge the decision with a review. 

The delivery turned in sharply from a good length around off and striking him on the back leg. 

Replays show no indication of contact on UltraEdge. 

The Ball Tracking reveals three reds. Jadeja wears a satisfied smile on his face.

Thakur makes an immediate impact right after the drinks break!

Charging in from round the wicket, Thakur delivers a back-of-a-length ball, starting from well outside off. 

Shakib displays caution in his approach, attempting to push it away from his body, but he manages only an inside edge that slams into the leg-stump.

The bowler delivers a lofted ball, and Shakib confidently strides down the track, reaching the ball's pitch perfectly, and smashes it over deep mid-wicket for a maximum.

Mehidy Hasan Miraz's persistence comes to an end after surviving two dropped catches.

He edges the ball, and the India captain makes a commendable low catch at slip.

Although a thick edge was in the offing, Rohit dived low to make an easy and crucial catch.

During the 9th over, Shardul Thakur witnessed two fielders, Tilak and SKY, both failing to hold onto catches.

On the third ball of the over, Mehidy Hasan Miraz struck the ball straight to Tilak, who mishandled the opportunity. Tilak had the simple task of positioning his hands correctly, but he fumbled the catch.

Then, on the final ball of the over, Mehidy Hasan Miraz managed to edge the ball, but SKY couldn't make the catch at second slip. The thick edge flew off the bat, and SKY attempted to take it overhead but missed.

He delivers a short-of-a-length ball just outside the off stump, tempting Anamul to attempt a pull shot. 

But the ball deviates away from him, causing in a high slice towards square leg. 

KL saw the opportunity, called for the catch, and secured it cleanly.
