The movie stars Rachana Inder as the female lead
After the surprise announcement that Rachana Inder will play the lead role in Love 360, director Shashank has once again given the film enthusiasts something to be excited about. Now, the prominent Kannada actor Gopal Krishna Despande has been roped in to play the character of a quirky cop in the movie.
The director has cast him as a police officer speaking the north Karnataka dialect and is sure that Gopal Deshpande will succeed again in charming the audience with his signature dialogue delivery. Love 360 will mark the second collaboration of Gopal Deshpande and director Shashank who have worked together previously in Thayige Thakka Maga, starring Sumalatha Amabareesh, Ajai Rao and Ashika Ranganath.
Speaking with ToI, Gopal Deshpande said, “The film is set in Gokarna and I play a quirky cop who is integral to the story. This would be my second role with a north Karnataka dialect after Arishadvarga and I am particularly excited about working with director Shashank.”Gopal Deshpande is currently working for Hemanth Rao's Sapta Sagaradacha Ello and is also involved in projects like Raj B Shetty's Garuda Gamana Vrishabha Vahana and Hope.
The movie stars debutant Praveen as the male lead while Rachana Inder, known for her performance in Love Mocktail, has been cast as the female lead. The actress told the daily that it was the unconventional nature of the character offered to her that forced her to say a “yes” to the film. The music for the film is composed by Arjun Janya, and the cinematography is by Abhilash Kalapathi.
Love 360 will be released simultaneously in Kannada and Telugu.
