Sivakarthikeyan is ready for a release after nine months with Maaveeran which has been helmed by Madonne Ashwin. The bilingual project which will hit the screens in Telugu states as Mahaveerudu has been produced by Arun Viswa. The trailer of the film which was out a week ago elevated the hype surrounding it.

One of the prime attractions of the promo video was the voice of an unknown person in it. Siva's character is often seen looking up and he follows the voice of the stranger after he faces a slew of problems in life.

There was various speculation with regard to who has given voice to the character in the movie. Mysskin, who plays one of the important characters in Maaveeran, revealed a few days ago that the makers approached both Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan for the same.

The names of Dhanush and Silambarasan made the rounds on social media after fans started guessing about the actor who has lent voice. The team finally announced that it is Vijay Sethupathi who has accepted the team's gesture. A small video featuring his voice from the film was also unveiled yesterday.

Many then started guessing about the celebrity in Tollywood who did the same for Mahaveerudu. Siva himself revealed that Ravi Teja has come forward to accept the request of the makers. Siva thanked Ravi from his Twitter page; his post read, "Sir It’s a great pleasure to have your energetic voice in our film and thank you so much for your support to the #Mahaveerudu team (sic)."

Needless to say, the association of these two actors has further escalated the expectations of the movie in both languages.
