Mahesh Babu to don multiple looks for his film with SS Rajamouli in SSMB 29? Find out here...

Telugu actor Mahesh Babu, who was last seen in Guntur Kaaram, will be joining hands with filmmaker SS Rajamouli for a big-budget film that is tentatively titled SSMB29. While pre-production for the film is underway, reports suggest that the actor is undergoing look tests for the film.

SSMB29 is expected to feature Mahesh Babu in multiple looks and about eight looks have been finalised so far. The makers of SSMB29 have remained tight-lipped about the film's development.

Mahesh Babu to have multiple looks in SSMB29?

Mahesh Babu and SS Rajamouli, who have their own brand of success and fan following, will be joining forces for the first time with SSMB 29. While the team has remained guarded about the film's project, reports suggest that Mahesh Babu will have as many as eight looks in the film. SSMB 29 is currently in the pre-production phase. Just like Rajamouli’s other films, SSMB 29 is said to draw inspiration from Hindu myths and Mahesh Babu’s character will be inspired by Hindu deity Hanuman.

Touted to be an epic action adventure on the lines of Indiana Jones, SSMB 29 will have a script by screenwriter Vijayendra Prasad. In an interview, he said that it would be a globetrotting action adventure with some emotional quotient. Going by the magnanimity of the project, it is expected that the film will have multiple installments.

What else do we know about SSMB 29?

Mahesh Babu has been training in Germany for his role preparation in SSMB 29. The shooting is expected to take place on various continents, including Europe and Africa. The film is yet to go on floors and is expected to take off soon this year. A release date for the film has not yet been announced. If reports are to be believed, it is also said that veteran actor Nagarjuna is also said to be part of the film.

However, SSMB 29 will be one of the ambitious projects to come out of the Telugu film industry and it will be interesting to watch how Mahesh Babu and Rajamouli’s first collaboration will turn out to be.
