The makers just unveiled the Maine Pyar Kiya teaser, giving a glimpse of all the romance and chaos that are set to unfold on our screens. Askar Ali, Midhutty, and Arjun Sundharesan are also part of this film, which declares that love is not for the faint-hearted.

Hridhu Haroon, Preity Mukhundhan in Maine Pyar Kiya teaser

The upcoming Malayalam film Maine Pyar Kiya, stars actors Hridhu Haroon of All We Imagine As Light fame and Preity Mukhundhan of Kannappa fame. The Maine Pyar Kiya teaser begins with the lead character saying that he has confessed his love to the girl of his dreams. 

Actor-filmmaker Jeo Baby makes an appearance to break the bubble, asking if he got rejected. We then see Preity Mukhundhan, who is making her Malayalam debut with Maine Pyar Kiya, asking the protagonist if he was not normal in a mix of English and Tamil, hinting that her character could be non-Malayali.

The glimpse then features a bunch of lads who still haven’t understood that ‘No means No’, as the teaser picks up speed to introduce more villainous characters and threats are sounded. Action breaks out, a search party is seen and the bruised hero all play out as a voiceover says that love is not for the faint-hearted.

Overall the teaser, promises that a pakka entertainer with romance and action within a thrilling narrative is set to unfold. Akin to the Hindi title, the song accompanying the teaser also has lyrics in Hindi.
