Martin: Dhruva Sarja and Vaibhavi Shandilya’s romantic number Jeeva Neene out on THIS day

Dhruva Sarja’s much-delayed and much-awaited action thriller Martin is counting down to its date with audiences. The AP Arjun directorial is coming to theatres on October 11, a date that the team is hell bent on meeting, considering that the film’s already been pushed ahead multiple times. Once the release date was set, the team had created a poll to figure out what promotional material to reveal first and the overwhelming winner was the trailer.
Martin's first single release date
At the time, Dhruva had said that he was hoping to release a personal favourite song from the album, but that was not to be. Now, the team has decided to drop a song, with the first single, a romantic number called Jeeva Neena, featuring Dhruva and leading lady Vaibhavi Shandilya. It will be released on September 3 at 12.12 pm.
Martin, based on a story by Action King Arjun Sarja, is an action thriller in which Dhruva plays a soldier fighting to destroy elements that mean harm to the motherland. This, even takes him to neighbouring Pakistan, where the very fact that he’s Indian is the fear-inducing factor. The fight for the country apart, Martin also has a love story at its core.
The film was more recently in the news following a cheating case that producer Uday K Mehta had filed against the vendors who had been entrusted with completing the VFX work of the film. Their failure to deliver on time is one of the major reasons for Martin’s delayed release. The vendors, in turn, had made accusations against director Arjun, that he’d taken massive commissions to get the work allotted to them.
Martin, which has music by KGF fame Ravi Basrur, also stars Anveshi Jain, Nikitin Dheer, Sukrutha Wagle, Nawab Shah, Achyuth Kumar, Malavika Avinash, Rohit Pathak, among others.
