Masterchef Australia is returning with a new season to Indian screens soon. The popular cooking reality show will see Jock Zonfrillo, Andy Allen and Melissa Leong be the judge of the culinary skills of 24 contestants once again.
The new season titled Masterchef Australia: Fans & Favourites has the grand prize money of A$250,000 (approximately US $1858162).
This time there will be 12 contestants, who have also been winners of previous seasons like Julie Goodwin, Sashi Cheliah, Billie McKay, who compete against 12 food lovers, a press release issued by the streamer said, according to news agency PTI. This means new challenges and high pressure to achieve culinary excellence.

MasterChef Australia: Fans & Favourites is produced by Endemol Shine Australia for Network Ten and is internationally distributed by Banijay Rights.
Season 13 of Masterchef Australia aired and concluded in 2021. Indian-origin contestant Justin Narayan won the title after beating finalists Kishwar Chowdhury and Pete Campbell in the last round.
Meanwhile, Zonfrillo, Allen and Leong have been the new set of judges since Season 12, which was the first instalment that saw winning contestants take over after the exit of Gary Mehigan, George Calombaris and Matt Preston.
MasterChef Australia: Fans & Favourites premieres on Disney+ Hotstar on April 19. All other seasons of the show are also available on the platform.
