The makers of Meme Boys, starring 96 fame Adithya Bhaskar in the lead, have announced that the film will release directly on SonyLIV on July 22, along with its trailer which provides a glimpse into its story. The two-and-a-half minute trailer begins with a scene reminding us of the popular dialogue from the introduction scene of Rajinikanth from Sivaji.

Four college students face the brunt of their dean after they made several memes on a few incidents which happened in their educational institution. An action was taken on them after the college management felt that the memes spoiled the reputation of the institution.

The movie revolves around Meme Boys, a group of three like-minded boys and a girl, who find unlimited fun in coming up with creative memes to entertain other students of the college. But little did they expect that they would have to face unheard struggles in their lives.
