This sudden change occurs when Nisha experiences temporary amnesia, specifically losing all memory of the preceding day. Seeing this as the only way he might ever get closer to her, Rohan makes a bold move and tells the confused Nisha that they are a couple. Rohan fakes a romantic history of them to take advantage of Nisha's inability to recall the truth.

Rohan's only plan is to use this single day to the fullest before Nisha's memory returns to finally spend some quality time with her, experiencing the fantasy of a relationship he has always longed for, even though it's built entirely on a lie.
