Mission Chapter 1 teaser: Arun Vijay, Amy Jackson pack a punch in this action drama set in London

There were good expectations when director Vijay announced a project with Arun Vijay in the lead role. Amy Jackson was roped in to play the female lead in the action drama which was titled Achcham Enbathu Illaye. We had reported earlier that the movie also revolves around the relationship between a father and a daughter.

Lyca Productions acquired the project's theatrical rights recently from M Rajashekar and S Swathi and it is expected that the film, which underwent a title change, will be released soon. Mission Chapter 1 is the new title makers have come up with and they have now unveiled its teaser.

The promo video begins with the introduction of Wandsworth prison in London where gangsters and criminals from across the world exist. Arun plays a prisoner from India who is desperate to go back to his country to meet his daughter as the latter needs immediate medical attention.

Amy plays a strict jailer who encounters Arun in an unexpected circumstance. Will the former be able to ensure medical treatment to his daughter on time? Nimisha Sajayan, Abi Hassan, Bharath Bopanna and Baby Iyal play significant characters in the movie which has music composed by GV Prakash.

A Mahadev has penned the screenplay for Mission Chapter 1 which has dialogues written by Vijay. Sandeep K Vijay and Anthony have handled cinematography and editing respectively for the project which has Stunt Silva as its action choreographer..

The film will be the first outing for Arun and Vijay in 2023. It marks the comeback of Amy in Kollywood after a short hiatus of four years. She was last seen in Shankar's Rajinikanth-starrer 2.0.
