Mohanlal explains why he cannot pinpoint the exact nature of his character in Malaikottai Vaaliban

Actor Mohanlal gave an explanation for why he cannot pinpoint the exact characteristics of his role in Malaikottai Vaaliban in a recent interview. The actor went on to say that the audience will gradually learn more about the mysterious character of Malaikottai Vaaliban, a nomadic wrestler, as they watch the film. He told Ginger Media Entertainments, "There's a lot of anonymity encompassing the character, so I don't know how to describe more about him."

According to Mohanlal, this character can be anyone and possess any ability, including being able to fly and walk on water.

He continued by saying that the film will be highly enticing to viewers because it perfectly captures all human emotions through music, cinematography, and the cast's outstanding performances. "Malaikottai Vaaliban has a gipsy vibe to it in every aspect. People will want more because the fight scenes, in particular, have been expertly choreographed and done in a compelling way," he said.

In order to add more convincing moments, the Neru actor also highlighted the other actors' enthusiasm during the stunt sequences. According to him, the film is a fantasy adventure that is reminiscent of stories one may have read in Amar Chitra Katha or heard from others as a child.

Additionally, Mohanlal stated that being physically active greatly aided in his performance as Malaikottai Vaaliban. He continued, "I have been working out for a long time, and that has helped me give this role my all."

He also expressed his hopes that everyone would thoroughly enjoy the movie, attributing its excellence to the effort and commitment of the actors and crew.

The fantasy film is set to hit the big screen on December 25 in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi, apart from Malayalam. Lijo Jose Pellissery has directed this movie, which is slated to be Mohanlal's first hit before a number of other highly anticipated releases this year.
