The Monsters Inc. Universe is growing and encompassing more adventures involving monsters, giggles, and a healthy load of competition at work between peers. While Mike and Sully remain a significant part of the Monsters Inc. Facilities Team, running it day to day, the story has expanded beyond them to include new protagonists, who are eager to impress the former duo. Season 2 of Monsters at Work premieres on OTT this summer.

Monsters at Work Season 2 will be airing on Disney Channel from April 5 onward. As for its OTT debut, the second season of Monsters at Work will be available on Disney+ Hotstar on May 5. The second season is highly awaited, as unlike the last season, which served as an interquel between the arrest of Waternoose and the reconstruction of Boo’s door, this time, there will be new adventures with no restrictions and unlimited scope for giggle power.

Monsters at Work Season 2 plot
Monsters at Work Season 1 had ended with Tylor finally earning his place as a Jokester at Monsters Inc. Facilities Team (or MIFT), along with the loyal Val as his assistant. After saving MIFT from multiple mishaps and looking after it, Tylor finally receives the validation he had always wanted from Sully, Mike, and the rest of his monster peers. But Season 2 brings new opportunities, and more trouble for him.
In Season 2 of Monsters at Work, just as Tylor Tuskmon is getting used to his new role and bonds with Val, a trial unlike any waits for him. When a set of new doors opens for him at MIFT’s rival company Fear Co, Tylor may have to make a tough choice, one that may test his loyalty, friendship, and dreams. As his Laugh Floor partnership with Val is pushed to the brink, Tylor must discover where he and his heart belong.
