Peddha Kapu is one film that has caught the imagination of one and all. From the day the first look was out and to the pre-release event that happened in Hyderabad on September 23, 2023, this film has become a talking point all over. Directed by Srikanth Addala, the film's first part, Peddha Kapu 1 is all set to be released on September 28, 2023.

The happening Anasuya Bharadwaj also plays a key role in the film and she spoke her heart out at the pre-release event. Speaking about the film, Anasuya said that everyone will love her in the role of 'Akkamma' which has been designed superbly by Srikanth Addala.

"I thank the director for believing the fact I can pull off something so different like this in Peddha Kapu. I auditioned for my role which is new for me," said Anasuya. Adding further, Anasuya says that after playing the role of Rangamattha in Ram Charan's Rangasthalam, Akkamma in Peddha Kapu 1 will be a game changer for her in terms of playing character roles. 

Anasuya is known as a solid performer and not much is shown about her in the promos as the makers want to her character as a shock value for the audience says Anasuya. Virat Karrna is debuting as a hero with this film which also has Rao Ramesh, Virat Karrna, Pragathi Srivastava, Naga Babu, Tanikella Bharani, Rajeev Kanakala, Anasuya Bhardwaj, and Eeshwari Rai play key roles.

Srikanth Addala has created a unique world with Peda Kapu and what's special in the trailer is that Srikanth Addala himself is shown in a very dominating negative role in the film. The noted director shocked one and all with Venkatesh's Narappa as he proved that he can also make rustic village dramas with a lot of action. 

The recently released trailer showcases the dominance of the rich in a small village. Well, let's see how the film turns out to be when it comes out on the big screen next week. Watch this space for more.
