The Friends star Matthew Perry was last spotted having peaceful moments and dinner with his friend whose identity was recently revealed as Athenna Crosby. In a conversation with TMZ, Croby revealed that the 54-year-old actor was into Batman and even called himself "Mattman" and his ride the Batmobile.

The speculation about Matthew Perry aka Chandler Bing’s struggling mental health started surfacing on the internet after he passed away suddenly. Rejecting the conspiracy theories, the 25-year-old model rubbished the claims of ‘cry for help.'

“He was really goofy and playful, so people assuming that his posts about the bat signal or the fact that he’s Batman were some sort of subliminal messages to ask for help or cry for help is completely false, she told TMZ.

For the unversed, Matthew Perry’s last posts on his Instagram account gained massive attention after it was speculated that he was crying for help. In the cryptic posts, Perry was seen surrounded by hot water. His last social media post was shared 6 days before his death. "Oh, so warm water swirling around makes you feel good? I'm Mattman," read the caption.

Model and entertainment reporter, Athenna Crosby further revealed that according to her experience with the Fools Rush In star during his last days, the recent speculation and conspiracy theories do not hold much value and his sad demise was a freak accident. She also dubbed him a sweet nerd who liked Batman and also highlighted that he was optimistic about his future, citing the upcoming projects.

Matthew Perry reportedly drowned to his death in his LA home in a hot bathtub. Though the autopsy results are completed, they are deferred due to a pending toxicology report.
