Naa Saami Ranga will be the last of the Sankranthi’s Telugu biggies to hit screens globally on January 14. Nagarjuna plays the lead in the action entertainer while Ashika Ranganath is cast alongside the star. The film, featuring a bevvy of talented actors including Allari Naresh, Mirnaa, Raj Tarun, Rukshar Dhillon, is directed by popular choreographer Vijay Binni.

A new promo from the film, showcasing Raj Tarun’s colourful love life, was launched today. While Raj Tarun plays Bhaskar, Rukshar steps into shoes of his lady love Kumari in the film. He is completely smitten by her as they board a bus to a college in Vijayawada. Bhaskar is ready to go to any length to woo her and uses the excuse of returning a pen to strike a conversation with Kumari.

It’s okay to brave past the Great Wall of China too to win over a girl like her, Raj Tarun’s voiceover for Bhaskar suggests. By the end of the glimpse, he hands over a bottle of Gold Spot to Kumari, indicating that this is an 80s love story. Meanwhile, the team also confirmed that the second song from the film, focusing on Allari Naresh and Nagarjuna’s friendship, will be out soon.
