Ibrahim Ali Khan's Bollywood debut film Nadaaniyan is now out on OTT (Netflix), and the movie is receiving more backlash than praises. Adding to the same is Hrithik Roshan's mother, Pinkie Roshan. She indirectly called the movie a disappointing affair but also pointed out that there is one aspect that she liked. Here's what happened...

Hrithik Roshan's mother Pinkie Roshan agrees with a reviewer who expressed massive disappointment with Nadaaniyan

Although there are many reviewers who have criticized Nadaaniyan, one called Freddy Birdy caught Pinkie's attention. This interviewer emphasized that the film is 'mindless' and bashed the OTT platform by writing, "Why do stunning work like Sacred Games, Jamtara, Darlings and Delhi Crime when you can give the viewer stuff like Nadaaniyan… Watch it at your own risk." Pinkie agreed with the reviewer, but there was a twist.

"Totally go with this hilarious review tho I loved Ibrahim Ali Khan," Pinkie mentioned. The reviewer stated being happy to see Ibrahim serve two purposes - the visuals of Saif Ali Khan with the voice of Sanjay Dutt. Given that the movie marks Ibrahim's debut, Pinkie showed her support for the actor. However, netizens are not as forgiving.

What netizens are not liking about Nadaaniyan

Nadaaniyan is being bashed left, right and centre for various reasons but mainly for its dialogues and the dialogue deliveries. Many felt that the dialogues were playing in 1.5x speed, even when they didn't change the settings. Thus, the immediate reaction that came was 'torture.'

Khushi Kapoor's third film with a lukewarm reaction

Khushi Kapoor has appeared in The Archies, Loveyapa and Nadaaniyan so far. All her movies have seen a mixed reaction, but most with negative reactions. The Archies was just as bashed as Nadaaniyan, while Loveyapa, co-starring Aamir Khan's son Junaid Khan, took netizens by surprise. Nonetheless, neither of the movies have worked as expected. More recently, Boney Kapoor has shared that he wishes to make MOM sequel (originally featuring Sridevi) with Khushi in the lead. The same will, however, happen after the No Entry 2 shoot comes to an end.
