Nadia Chang becomes the first contestant to get evicted from Bigg Boss Tamil 5

After a slew of speculations and suspense-filled promos, it was revealed on Sunday's episode that Nadia Chang is the first contestant to have got eliminated from the fifth season of Bigg Boss Tamil. This came as a shock to many of the show's regular viewers as they felt she deserved a longer stint in the house. 15 contestants in the house got nominated for elimination in the week that went by among which 10 of them were saved. 

Finally, Abhishek and Nadia were the two contestants among which one was supposed to be evicted, and fans of the show were keeping their fingers crossed. But little did they expect that Nadia would be the one to leave the house, thanks to the less number of votes she garnered from the audience. Post her eviction, a few of the contestants in the house reacted in an emotional manner as they couldn't bear her ousting. 

After the eviction, Nadia was asked to come on stage. In her speech, she said, "I have always been a short-tempered person. I worked on it before entering the show and was focused on winning the title. Unfortunately, my exit from the show happened too early. I'm sure I will be able to handle this situation in a better way in the coming days."

Earlier, Abhishek went on to say that Imman Annachi was the star performer of the last week, and that Chinnaponnu and Nadiya underperformed in group tasks. Though Nadiya took it in a sportive way, Chinnaponnu took it to heart and moved to tears. The latest promos unveiled on social media have Abhishek and a few others dressed in a feminine appearance for a new, challenging task.
