She needs to pay an equal amount of rental value, which is 27,183,00 dirhams.
Nawazuddin failed to comply with court’s orders
According to reports, Nawazuddin was supposed to make the payments, as per the order issued by the Bombay High Court. But since the actor failed to act upon it, Aaliya and his kids have now been served with received the deportation notice.
In an interview with ETimes, Aaliya said, “I want him to have the Dubai house agreement changed in his name. He is going to be the provider and if anything goes wrong here for us, it will give us more security if he holds the reins. As for the money part, Nawaz has been now paying up as per the court orders. I think we should settle the Agreement thing in this visit.”
The couple’s highly publicised legal battle
Aaliya and Nawazuddin’s legal battle had garnered significant media attention before Aaliya entered Bigg Boss OTT 2. She accused the actor of misusing his power, and even claimed that he had disowned his children. It was also said that his mother, Mehrunisa, had denied her entry into Nawazuddin’s house. The actor, however, denied all the claims, saying that Aaliya’s primary motives was financial gain.
