According to the leaked synopsis, Neru is a gripping legal drama that unfolds with the tale of Sara, a visually impaired sculpture artist who seeks justice after a traumatic incident. The story takes viewers on a rollercoaster ride of emotions, deceit, and redemption. Going by the newly released trailer, it is speculated that Sara is played by Anaswara Rajan and the movie centres around her character who is playing a victim in the film.
