Nivin Pauly set for back-to-back releases in 2025? Baby Girl update out

Looks like Malayalam actor Nivin Pauly, who has not had a solo hit for quite some time, is all set to break his dry spell. The Premam actor has already confirmed that his upcoming film Sarvam Maya, directed by Akhil Sathyan, is a Christmas 2025 release. Now online trackers have said that Baby Girl, another Nivin Pauly film, is also likely to be released around November-December 2025, making it back-to-back releases for Nivin Pauly in the fag end of the year.

Nivin Pauly’s Baby Girl to release in Nov-Dec 2025?

Nivin Pauly stars in the lead role in the upcoming Malayalam film Baby Girl, which is helmed by Arun Varma, best known for Garudan. The film, touted to be a thriller, is eyeing a release by November end or December 2025, as per online trackers. If the Arun Varma film does make it to this release window, it would be Nivin’s first release of the year ahead of Sarvam Maya on December 25.

Earlier on Nivin’s birthday, the actor had released a new poster which also confirmed the film would be out in theatres soon.

Fans are hoping that Baby Girl would be a gripping thriller, as it brings the formidable writing duo of Bobby-Sanjay, who have penned movies such as Traffic and Mumbai Police. Baby Girl director Arun Varma’s Garudan was also a thriller, starring Suresh Gopi and Biju Menon.

Baby Girl also has a stellar cast with Lijomol Jose, Premalu actor Sangeeth Prathap, and Abhimanyu Thilakan among others.

Sarvam Maya release

On the other hand, Nivin Pauly’s Sarvam Maya is said to be a horror comedy, which also features Aju Varghese. Nivin-Aju Varghese is one of the highlights of the upcoming movie as they have starred in several popular films together such as Thattathin Marayathu. The film is slated to release on December 25, 2025. 

Nivin is also part of the Tamil film Benz, helmed by Bakkiyaraj Kannan. Director Lokesh Kanagaraj, who has delivered several hits, has co-written the film. He last starred in Malayalee From India, which opened to mixed reviews in 2024 and was not much of a crowd puller at the cinemas.
