Not just West Bengal, Vivek Agnihotri's upcoming film The Bengal Files has hit a snag even overseas. The movie has been facing issues with its release in various overseas market owing to censorship issues. The movie's release is delayed in United Arab Emirates (UAE), Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. The film is not cleared in Mauritius either. The film's team has confirmed the news through a press statement.
The Bengal Files promises to tell the tale behind the partition of India-Pakistan and West Bengal-East Bengal (Bangladesh). The focus is especially on the latter.
