Oka Pathakam Prakaram is a crime drama that has Sai Ram Shankar as the main lead. He plays a criminal lawyer who gets involved in not one but two murder cases. Sai Ram fights his case in the court of law, and the moment he proves his innocence, a new case surrounds him, and things get out of hand. How he gets out of this tricky situation is the basic story of the film.

One of the main reasons to stream the film is the twists and turns that it takes in the first half. Though there are a lot of commercial aspects that have been added for no reason, the thrills are quite watchable and suit the mood of the OTT audience perfectly. 

Also, most thrillers have a predictable storyline about who the killer is. But in Oka Pathakam Prakaaram, director Vinod Vijayan has elevated this aspect in a very interesting manner. The way the killer is disclosed at the end of the film keeps the audience guessing till the very end.

On the other hand, Sai Ram Shankar is a very good actor, but sadly, he did not get his due. His performance as a lawyer stuck in chaos is enacted superbly by Sai Ram Shankar.

The only thing one needs to ignore about the film is the filler scenes. Just to make things commercial, the director has added too many silly scenes related to the female leads, which drag the film here and there. Ashima Narwal and Shruthi Sodhi play the female leads in the film.
