You might have encountered actors choosing conventional methods to send out Dasara wishes but trust Nani to do something different on this occasion as well. The actor took to social media a short while ago to combine his Dasara wish for fans along with his personal take on his upcoming film, Hi Nanna. Turns out, he finds the story 'beautiful' and for those who are craving one, the wait will end on December 7th, 2023.
Nani also shared that he watched the locked or final edit of Hi Nanna on the auspicious day of Dasara and that he is going "all in", having seen all his cards. While those statements don't reveal much about the film, it is evident that he is as excited to share the film with the audience as the audience is excited to watch it on the big screen. 'Hi Nanna' will mark his 30th film as an actor.
Debutant director Shouryuv's film will potentially be another of Nani's experiments with him playing the part of a single father, whose world is evidently centred around his daughter. Things, as seen in the teaser, take a turn when Mrunal Thakur's character enters their life and we also learn that there's more to this engaging story. Malayalam actor Jayaram and well-known Hindi actor Angad Bedi, too, star in the film and so does Baby Kiara K, who plays Nani's daughter.
Another prominent feature of this would be the music of Hesham Abdul Wahab, who recently impressed everyone with his work in the Vijay Devarakonda - Samantha starrer Kushi. The makers of Hi Nanna have already released two singles from the film, Samayama and Gaaju Bomma, and both the songs have received encouraging responses from listeners.
