Oshana, which features Dhyan Sreenivasan and Althaf Salim in key roles, is gearing up for its OTT premiere. Directed by debutante NV Manoj, the coming-of-age film hit theatres in Kerala on November 1, 2024, and will be available for streaming on Manorama Max from January 3, 2025.
Oshana to release on Manorama MAX
Oshana will be available on Manorama Max and OTTplay Premium from Friday. The movie, touted to be a musical rom-com, will be available in the original Malayalam language with English subtitles. The movie is produced by Martin Joseph.

Oshana cast
Dhyan Sreenivasan and Althaf Salim are the notable names in the film which has debutant Balaji Jayarajan in the lead role. Varsha Viswanath and Gouri Gopan also appear in key roles in the film along with Boban Samuel, Sminu Sijo, Sabumon Abdusamad, Nizhalgal Ravi, and Shaji Mavelikkara.
Penned by Jithin Jose, the film revolves around a love story. Before the release of the film, the makers had written on social media, “A journey of love and all the emotions in between that bind us all.”

Dhyan Sreenivasan has been part of several big-budget and small movies in 2024. He played the lead role in Varshangalkku Shesham along with Pranav Mohanlal. The movie, directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan, turned out to be a commercial success upon its release in April 2024. You can watch Varshangalkku Shesham on SonyLiv and OTTplay Premium. Apart from Malayalam, the film is also available for streaming in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.
Another major release of Dhyan Sreenivasan in 2024 was Malayalee from India which starred Nivin Pauly in the lead role. The film, which opened to mixed responses, is also available for streaming on SonyLiv and OTTplay Premium.
Malayalam movies on Manorama Max
Meanwhile, Manorama Max has acquired the OTT rights of several notable Malayalam movies recently. Pallotty 90's Kids, which had won the Kerala State Film Awards for Best Children’s Movie, premiered on the platform earlier this month. Siju Wilson's comedy-drama Panchavalsara Padhathi and Naslen K Gafoor-starrer I Am Kathalan will also be available for streaming on the platform.
