Paathirathri will release in theatres on October 17, 2025. The Navya Nair-starrer will hit theatres a day after actor Sharafudheen’s The Pet Detective, which hits theatres on October 16. Rima Kallingal-led noted film Theatre: The Myth of Reality will also be released on Thursday.

Paathirathri plot
Set in Idukki, the plot of Paathirathri revolves around a woman police officer and a constable. They get pulled into a crime incident that happens one midnight and upends their lives. The title Paathirathri means midnight. The film is said to be inspired by real events in Kerala.
