Parambrata Chatterjee expresses displeasure with the trolling after getting married

Parambrata Chatterjee ties the knot with Piya Chakraborty and there was a social media uproar. Trolls attacked them while the duo maintained calm and focussed on their newly married life. The duo went to Ireland for a honeymoon and got back fully charged. Did they get affected by the trolling? Parambrata expressed his displeasure to the media after the concluding event of the Kolkata International Film Festival.

Parambrata married Piya on November 27. From then on, social media is brimming with numerous trolling. The actor told the media, “I am in strange circumstances after marriage. It is hard to explain. On the one hand, people are congratulating and wishing us, and on the other hand, we are flooded with trolling. I don’t understand how to react. I don't follow trolling since I don't have time. We went on a trip and had a wonderful time.”

Parambrata, before the reception on November 27, told the mediam “I feel the same as someone getting married at an old age would. I wanted to keep this private from the start. Only the family people were present. We might have a reception later where everybody will be invited.” 

Parambrata had multiple affairs before getting married. Piya was married to musician Anupam Roy. They separated in 2021. Earlier that year, Piya accompanied Parambrata to give relief to Sunderban, devastated by a flood. It was heard that they came close to each other on the trip. They started seeing each other frequently. However, Parambrata did not confirm admit about his relationship at that time. But now he has a happy family with Piya.
