Sarathkumar and Amithash Pradhan-starrer Tamil crime drama Paramporul is available to stream OTT starting today. Written and directed by debutant C Aravind Raj, the film got good reviews after it was released in theatres on September 1. Paramporul is not available to stream on Aha and Amazon Prime Video. Aha Tamil took to their social media handle to share the news. 

Plot of Paramporul

Paramporul is a straightforward thriller that keeps you on the edge of your seat. The film's story focuses on the teaming up between a senior police officer and a small-time criminal. Sarathkumar plays a high-ranking police officer who strikes a deal to earn some quick cash, while Amithash plays a criminal who is in desperate need of money to save his sister. The two stumble on a valuable antique idol during a theft; they are then tempted to sell it to the highest bidder. However, complications arise when the cop becomes entangled with the very individuals he was meant to combat. 

The cast and crew of Paramporul

Apart from Sarathkumar and Amitash Pradhan, Paramporul also stars Kashmira Pardeshi, Balaji Sakthivel and T Siva in supporting roles. Dinesh Subbarayan and Sathish Krishnan have handled the stunt choreography and dance moves, respectively. S Pandikumar handled the camera, while Nagooran Ramachandran handled the editing. The music for the film is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

Sarathkumar’s upcoming projects

Veteran actor Sarathkumar will be seen next in The Smile Man, Samaran, Criminal, Nirangal Moondru and Mazhai Pidikatha Manithan. The actor was last seen in Varisu, Rudhran, Ponniyin Selvan 2, and Custody earlier this year.
