Pawan Kalyan’s OG final schedule locked: Shoot to resume on THIS date

OG is one of the most-awaited Pawan Kalyan films in recent times. He himself has mentioned on several occasions that fans should not miss OG, as he is quite excited to showcase what director Sujeeth has up his sleeve.

The shooting of the film is almost done, except for a few small schedules. We at OTTplay have come to know that a new schedule will kickstart on June 16, 2025, and plans for the same are being made. According to reports, this shoot will happen in Mumbai, and with it, the entire shoot will be wrapped up.

One of the sources close to the unit has revealed to us that the Badri and Gabbar Singh star has allotted only ten days and has asked the makers to wrap up the shoot quickly.

OG is quite special, as Pawan Kalyan will be seen in the role of a gangster. Thaman, of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo fame, has composed the music and has revealed in multiple interviews that OG will live up to all the hype and surprise the audience.

Once the Mumbai schedule is completed, the unit will move to Vijayawada for a brief schedule that includes minor patchwork scenes.

Slated to hit the screens on September 25, 2025, OG also marks the Telugu debut of Emraan Hashmi of Tigers fame. Fans of Pawan Kalyan were eagerly awaiting the release of another film of his, Hari Hara Veera Mallu, but unfortunately, the period drama was postponed at the last minute due to delays in post-production formalities. 

Krish, of Vedham fame, has directed the film, which has been in the making for the last five years. For now, fans are relieved that Pawan Kalyan has at least allotted some time to wrap up OG and ensure its timely release. Stay tuned for more updates on this project
