Pennu Case is a recently released Malayalam film featuring actor Nikhila Vimal in the lead role. After nearly two months since its theatrical debut, Pennu Case has now found its digital home. The Nikhila Vimal-starrer has made its streaming debut on Prime Video. However, the film is only available in Malayalam and does not provide any other language support apart from English subtitles.
With direction and story by Febun Siddharth, Pennu Case revolves around a young woman going by the name Rohini who is alleged deceiving multiple men of marriage. Soon the case soon gets police attention. Even as many men from Kerala and Karnataka are affected by Rohini, the film deals with who is Rohini and if she is really the criminal or a victim herself.
The ensemble cast of Pennu Case includes Nikhila Vimal, Hakkim Shajahan, Aju Varghese, Ramesh Pisharody, Praveen Raja, Shivajith, Irshad Ali, PP Kunhikrishnan, Dhanesh Koliyat, Anarkali Nazar, Kiran Peethambaran, Ranji Kankol, Abin Bino, Sanju Sanichen, Adv. Shukkur, Sreerekaa, Akhil Kavalayoor, Hari Pathanapuram, Lala Malappuram, Sreekanth Vettiyar, Jai Krishnan Sreekumar, Aami Thasnim, Sandhya Manoj, Lali PM and others.
The technical crew includes editor Shameer Muhammed, songs by multiple artists and music supervision by Ankit Menon. Cinematographer Shinoz has shot the film while Reshmi Radhakrishnan and Febin Sidharth have worked on the screenplay.

Another Malayalam film Pennum Porattum is also releasing on OTT this week. The film which marks the directorial debut of actor Rajesh Madhavan, is a satire drama and will premiere on Netflix on March 13. It revolves around a woman and dog who are chased by the villagers.
