Picture This OTT release date: When and where to watch Simone Ashley-Hero Fiennes Tiffin’s rom-com

Simone Ashley is the protagonist of the new British romantic comedy Picture This, in which she plays a struggling photographer Pia, who is told that she will meet the love of her life from among her next five dates. As her family and friends begin to play matchmaker, her ex, Charlie, Hero Fiennes Tiffin, returns, looking to reconnect with her. Is he her true soulmate or will Pia find someone else. This is the gist of director Prarthana Mohan’s film that is getting a direct-to-OTT outing.

Picture This is headed to Amazon Prime Video

Picture This, which is based on the Australian film Five Blind Dates, has been written by Nikita Lalwani and will head to Amazon Prime Video on March 6. A trailer for Picture This has been released, which features other cast members, including Phil Dunster (Ted Lasso), Nikesh Patel (London Has Fallen), Adil Ray (Citizen Khan), Sindhu Vee (Matilda: The Musical), Anoushka Chadha (You), Kulvinder Ghir (Bend It Like Beckham) and Luke Fetherston (Still Up), among others. Ashley is best known for her role in Bridgerton, while Fiennes Tiffin’s credits include After, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, etc.

The official synopsis of the film reads: Pia, who runs a failing photography studio in London with her best friend Jay (Luke Fetherson), is single and has no man on the horizon, With her sister Sonal's (Anoushka Chadha) wedding round the corner and her mother Laxmi (Sindhu Vee) urging the resolutely independent Pia to find a partner, a she bumps into a spiritual guru who predicts that she will meet the love of her life among the next five dates she goes on. Amid family intervention, setting her up on a several blind dates, Pia begins a hilarious but heartfelt quest for real love.
