Prabhu Deva, Vadivelu join hands for Suraaj's much-awaited comic caper Naai Sekar Returns

The motion poster of Suraaj's Naai Sekar Returns was released a few months ago, leaving fans of veteran comedian Vadivelu elated. The film is the spin-off of the director's 2006 movie Thalai Nagaram, in which Vadivelu essayed the popular role Naai Sekar. However, when makers of a project starring Sathish in the lead had registered the title earlier, they announced Naai Sekar Returns as the title for the Vadivelu-starrer.

The team has now come up with a surprise news for movie buffs. Actor-filmmaker-choreographer Prabhu Deva has been roped in to helm dance choreography for one of the songs in the movie.

They also released a picture from the location where the song is being shot. Prabhu and Vadivelu are seen smiling in the photo; fans are now excited to see their favourite comedian shaking a leg to the choreography of Prabhu's dance moves. 

The other day, Prabhu had posted a short video in which Vadivelu was seen singing the popular lines 'Sing in the Rain' from the movie Manadhai Thirudivittai which brought together the two legends. Film lovers were more than happy to see the two of them having a whale of a time. But little did they expect that the two would join hands for a film soon.

Lyca Productions is bankrolling Naai Sekar Returns which has music composed by Santhosh Narayanan. Sivaangi Krishnakumar, Redin Kingsley, Shivani Narayanan, Anandaraj, Munishkanth and Rao Ramesh among others essay pivotal roles in the movie which has editing by Selva RK.

Vadivelu was recently in the news when he was brought on board to play a crucial role in Mari Selvaraj's Maamannan which stars Udhayanidhi and Keerthy Suresh in lead roles. AR Rahman and Fahad Faasil have also been roped in to compose music and play the role of the antagonist respectively.
