Pushpa 2 is now available for streaming on OTT, having premiered on January 30, 2025. The Allu Arjun starrer has taken an impressive start on Netflix. According to the latest update, the Telugu version has garnered just over 6 million views and is currently trending in the second position in Netflix’s non-English category. This reflects the strong response Pushpa 2 has received on the platform.

Ever since the OTT release date was announced, there has been significant buzz surrounding the film, with high expectations for its streaming performance from day one. The Bengali version has also been made available and has started on a solid note.
An additional 22 minutes have been added to the film’s final runtime under the title Pushpa 2 Reloaded, bringing the OTT version’s total runtime to 3 hours and 44 minutes. While many aspects of the film are being discussed, one of the most talked-about topics is its climax. The sequence where Allu Arjun fights with his hands tied has sent fans into a frenzy.
Allu Arjun’s larger-than-life performance has taken the world by storm, and the film's popularity in the West continues to grow with each passing day. Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa 2 also features Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in key roles. DSP composed the music, while Mythri Movie Makers produced the film with a budget exceeding Rs 500 crore.
Allu Arjun maintains a low profile post Pushpa 2's release
Unfortunately, Allu Arjun was unable to fully celebrate the film’s success as he was arrested in connection with the Sandhya Theater stampede case. However, after spending a night in jail, he was released on bail and temporarily restricted from leaving the country. Now, he is free from all legal issues and has begun working on his next film, directed by Trivikram Srinivas.
This upcoming project is a mythological period drama, with Allu Arjun reportedly portraying Lord Kartikeya. The film is being produced by Naga Vamsi along with his uncle Chinna Babu under the Haarika & Hassine Creations banner. Stay tuned for more updates on this project.
