Vijay Sethupathi released the teaser of Joju George and Aishwarya Rajessh's dark humour film Pulimada on his social media page. The teaser features an intoxicated Joju and Aishwarya and their conversation on what seems to be their wedding night. The teaser includes a scene where Joju's character admits to being a bachelor, shocking Aishwarya.
The first look poster of the film that was released earlier saw Joju and Aishwarya in wedding attire running away from something.
Helmed by AK Sajan, Pulimada also stars Lijomol Jose, Jaffer Idukki, and Chemban Vinod Jose. Directors Balachandra Menon, Jeo Baby, and Johny Antony are also part of Pulimada's cast.
Sajan is known for films like Puthiya Niyamam, Neeyum Njanum, and Asuravithu. He has also penned superhit films like Dhruvam, Kashmeeram, and Chinthamani Kola Case.

In an exclusive chat with OTTplay, Sajan revealed that Pulimada follows the life of a migrant farmer in Wayanad who is a police officer and leads a solitary bachelor life.
The director also said that the film depicts what takes place in the life of the farmer when he meets an urban girl, who is brought up in Abu Dhabi.
The shoot for the film, whose tagline is 'The Scent of a Woman', was completed in Wayanad last year.
Written by the director himself, Pulimada marks the comeback of veteran cinematographer Venu to Malayalam films after a gap of 9 years.
Venu, who has directed films like Carbon and Munnariyippu, is the cameraman for Pulimada. He last went behind the camera for the film Celluloid.
What's next for Joju George?
Meanwhile, Joju George, who has played a powerful character in Dileep's Voice of Sathyanathan, will also be seen in Joshiy's upcoming drama, Antony. Kalyani Priyadarshan will play the female lead in the film, which marks the reunion of the Porinju Mariyam Jose's star cast.
