Pushpa 2 Hindi BO collection day 2: Allu Arjun-starrer Pushpa: The Rule has been enjoying a massive run at the theatres. The film which released in multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam, earned Rs 294 crore on day one, becoming the biggest opener in Indian cinema. Although a Telugu film, Pushpa 2 has received an exceptional response in the Hindi belt and collected Rs 120 crore net in Hindi during its two days of run so far.
It is to be noted that the film crossed collecting Rs 400 crore gross in two days, resulting in the sequel becoming Allu Arjun's highest grosser in his career.
Pushpa: The Rule, the sequel to Pushpa: The Rise, has Allu Arjun play the lead titular roles with Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil playing the female lead and antagonist, respectively. The hit film is having a successful run at the box office with the film collecting over Rs 400 crore (Gross) worldwide in two days of its release, worldwide, as per the Sacnilk report.
However, the film also is seen to be having a phenomenal run in the Hindi belt. It has collected Rs 120 crore (nett) in Hindi in two days, by beating Pushpa: The Rise's Rs 106 crore, the lifetime collection of the first film. Pushpa: The Rule has now become the second Allu Arjun film to enter the Rs 100-crore club in Hindi.

It is to be noted that the sequel has already crossed the collection by Pushpa 1 in its entire run. With no major releases and the weekend, Pushpa: The Rule is expected to reach the 1000 crore box office within a few days. On Friday, the makers released the official numbers the film made on day one. The Allu Arjun film made Rs 294 crore worldwide.
Allu Arjun announced a relief of Rs 25 lakh to the family of the late Revathy, who died at a stampede that occurred in a theatre in Hyderabad on Thursday. Telangana theatres had permitted the makers to hold premiere shows at 9.30 pm on Thursday and Allu Arjun visited one of the theatres. The crowd, which went berserk, created a stampede situation, resulting in Revathy’s death.
Pushpa 2 is directed by Sukumar and produced by Mythri Movie Makers. A third part is in the making, titled Pushpa: The Rampage. The film also stars Sunil, Jagapathi Babu, Dhananjaya, Rao Ramesh, Sunil and Anasuya Bharadwaj among others.
