Pushpa 2 TN BO collection day 3: It looks like no stopping for Pushpa: The Rule at the box office, with the film breaking records of the first part. The film, which is released by AGS Entertainment in Tamil, went on to collect Rs 21 crore in the regional language during its three-day run in theatres.

The Allu Arjun-starrer Pushpa 2 has been showing no signs of stopping from storming the box office. The film, which collected Rs 383.7 crore overall in India, has also managed to become one of the successful films in Tamil Nadu as well. During its three-day run in theatres in Tamil Nadu, Pushpa 2 has collected Rs 21 crore. The film has emerged as highest grosser in Allu Arjun’s career so far, beating the record of the first film as well. Given how the actor enjoys a massive fanbase in Tamil Nadu, in all likely, Pushpa 2 is expected to soar high in the coming days.

Pushpa 2 is written and directed by Sukumar. With Rashmika Mandanna playing the female lead and Fahadh Faasil appearing as the antagonist, the film is sequel to Pushpa: The Rise. The film revolves around a small-time red sanders smuggler who grows to build an empire of his own. The second part majorly concentrates on Allu Arjun’s Pushpa Raj conflict with Fahadh Faasil’s Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat.

Pushpa 2 on OTT

Pushpa 2’s OTT rights have been bagged by Netflix. Given how the film is running in packed theatres across India, the film is unlikely to have an OTT premiere anytime soon. However, if you would like to stream the film’s first part, it is available on Prime Video.

A third part titled, Pushpa: The Rampage is in the making. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the team is yet to announced further details on the third instalment. Pushpa 2 has songs by Devi Sri Prasad, and background score by Sam CS.
