The much-awaited trailer of Pushpa, starring Allu Arjun in the titular role, was unveiled by its makers a few minutes ago. Though the two-and-a-half minutes trailer was released three hours late, after which fans of the star and other movie buffs went berserk on social media, it finally reached their expectations.
The trailer opens with how red sandalwood smugglers operate in their huge network across the world, after which Pushparaj, the smuggler-cum-truck driver, essayed by Allu Arjun, is introduced. Needless to say, his screen presence is one of the highlights of the trailer.
He sports a never-before-seen look for the movie which has been directed by Sukumar. The first part of the film will hit the screens on December 17 in five languages. Rashmika Mandanna, who plays the female lead in the project, Sunil, Rao Ramesh, Dhananjaya and Anasuya Bharadwaj are a few other actors who are spotted in the trailer.
But those who were expecting Fahadh Faasil in it are slightly disappointed, though he appears in the tail end of the trailer. The Mollywood actor, who plays Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat IPS in the film, is seen teasing Pushparaj towards the trailer's end.
Miroslaw Kuba Brozek's captivating visuals and Devi Sri Prasad's background score are nothing short of a feast for film lovers who have been eagerly waiting for the trailer. Produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar under the banner of Mythri Movie Makers, Pushpa has Karthika Srinivas and Ruben handling its editing.
The trailer for other languages of the film were also revealed by the makers soon after they unveiled its Telugu version.
