Singer Rahul Vaidya has become a proud father to a baby girl. The former 'Indian Idol 1' contestant and his wife Disha Parmar were blessed with their first child on September 20, 2023. Currently, Rahul is on cloud nine and his happiness knows no bounds. As far as Disha and the little one are concerned, they are both doing perfectly fine. Amid this, an old video of Rahul from his 'Bigg Boss 14' days has gone viral on social media.

Rahul Vaidya always wanted a 'baby girl'

An old video of Rahul Vaidya from 'Bigg Boss 14' was shared by an Instagram user. The throwback clip features the singer mentioning that he would want a 'baby girl' as his first child. Reposting the video on his Instagram story, Vaidya wrote, "I manifested it (sic)."

Sharing good news about his daughter's birth, Rahul took to his IG handle and penned, "LAXMI Ji aayi hain We are blessed with a Baby GIRL! The mummy and baby both are healthy and doing perfectly well! We would like to thank our Gynaec @dhruptidedhia who was hands on with the baby right since conceiving to birth and special thanks to our family @dnamjoshi & @masuuma at @criticareasiahospitals for giving us the best delivery experience possible! And we are elated! pls bless the baby (sic)."
