Raj B Shetty: After Toby, I have to write two scripts for my friends and then I will do another film
The actor-filmmaker is also in the process of scripting a web series, which has been greenlit by a popular streamer, so that is also likely to go on floors shortly. In Kannada, Raj was last seen in Swathi Mutthina Male Haniye, which was actress Ramya’s first production venture and was initially announced to be her comeback vehicle. She chose not to do it, eventually, and the role went to Siri Ravikumar, instead.
Raj will next be seen in Arjun Janya’s directorial debut 45, which also stars Upendra and Shivarajkumar. The actor has also been roped in as the antagonist of director Jadesha K Hampi’s untitled next with Duniya Vijay in the lead. Raj’s Malayalam cinema debut as the villain in superstar Mammootty’s latest, Turbo, was also widely appreciated.
