Raj Kundra, a well-known businessman, and Shilpa Shetty's husband, is about to enter the acting business with his next film, UT69, which is based on his actual experiences in jail following his arrest for a pornographic offence. In a recent interview, the actor talked about his time in jail as well as how his son Viaan felt about it.
During a recent interview with Instant Bollywood, Raj Kundra stated that somewhere, Viaan was getting 'weaker' because they got stuck in and it took 63 days to come out after chargesheets and everything.
In a memory from the past, he also remembered how he could hear the pain in his son's voice when he spoke to his family on his birthday, some 50 days later. Recalling the incident, Kundra said, “On my birthday, when I got on a call with them, it had been about 50 days and I could hear in his voice, 'Papa, when are you coming home?’ and that really broke me that day.”
Raj Kundra went on to explain how Shilpa Shetty made Viaan understand the situation. He also said that his son was left in a confused state with a lot of questions that required time to find answers to and that it was difficult for her to explain to him where Raj was.
In the meantime, since its announcement, Raj Kundra's biography, UT69, has generated a lot of buzz. Raj was spotted in public several times while sporting a face mask. However, he unmasked his face and released the biopic's trailer on October 18.
